Sibyl speaks

Experimental facial deformation on the original scanned vessel. Drag to rotate; scroll to zoom. The original GLB is preserved unchanged.

Uses your browser's speech synthesis. Mouth motion follows browser word timing when available; individual speech shapes remain estimated.

Face alignment

Because the original scan has no facial rig, adjust these controls to align the animated regions with the actual face. The starting settings are provisional.

Face direction Mouth vertical position Eyes vertical position Face depth threshold Speech mouth intensity

Ear movement intensity Ear horizontal position Ear vertical position Ear depth position

Ear regions are provisional. Adjust their positions to match the scanned mesh; intensity zero disables ear motion.

This is a first-stage procedural prototype. The lip seam is split to preserve the textured upper and lower lips, with a recessed mouth interior. Speech timing remains approximate; eye closure remains a surface deformation.
